Step One.
Get in touch by phone or use the contact form at the bottom of the page to let us know what issue you are having. You can drop your device in to our shop at the address below, or we can arrange for it to be collected.
Step Two.
Our fully trained technician will assess your device to see what needs to be repaired or replaced. Before we commence the repair, we will contact you to let you know what is involved and how much it will cost.
Step Three.
Repairs are carried out in a timely fashion using top quality parts, we will test your device to ensure it is working correctly before contacting you to arrange collection or delivery. Conveniently, you can pay in store or through our website.
